By signing up for Year of You® you agree to be in a Creative Partnership with us under the following Terms & Conditions:


All payments must be made through the links or sublinks provided on our official website:, within the specified deadlines, at the corresponding rates. 

You can pay by PayPal or Debit/Credit Card. We do not accept personal cheques or other forms of payment. If you have a discount coupon you may apply it at checkout, before making the purchase.  


Enrollment for Year of You 2020 opens Friday, June 19 and it closes Wednesday, July 22 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time).*

You can join Year of You with a One-Time Payment or with a Recurring Monthly Payment Plan.

An Opening Discount + a Pay-in-Full Discount will be applied to the One-Payment Option. Please see deadlines below.

The total cost of Year of You without discounts is $525 (USD).  


  • Total cost with Opening Discount: $297 USD (40% OFF) - Available since Friday, June 19 until Monday, June 22 (Midnight, PST). You will be charged only once, on the day you sign up, the amount of $297 USD, for the full Year of You program and bonuses. 
  • Total cost with Pay-in-Full Discount: $395 (25% OFF) - Available starting June 23 and until enrollment closes - July 22 (Midnight PST). You will be charged only once, on the day you sign up, the amount of $395 USD, for the full Year of You program. 


  • Initial Payment + Monthly Total: $75 USD at Signup + 6 Recurring Monthly Payments - Your will be charged the amount of $75 USD for a total of 7 monthly payments, beginning at the time you sign up. Your second billing date will be 30 days after your initial payment. 
  • Total Cost: $525 USD. The Opening Discount and Pay-in-Full Discount do not apply to the Monthly Payment Plan.

By choosing to enroll in Year of You with the Monthly Payment Plan you agree to being charged the listed monthly amount to your credit / debit card, for a total of 7 months starting on the day you sign up. You may change your monthly billing date or update your credit card anytime. Email us:

Within minutes of signing up, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email from Creative Rehab at the same email address you provided on the registration page. If you do not receive a purchase confirmation, check your spam folder, in case it skipped your inbox. If you believe it may have been sent to an incorrect email address, please contact us.

Within 24 hours of signing up, you will receive your login access to Creative Rehab, the platform hosting all our programs, where you can access Year of You. If you do not receive your Login Info to our Virtual Classroom within 24 hours of signing up, please email us at

As a general guideline and depending on your time zone, please allow 24 hours before you contact us and make sure you check your spam / junk folder - or promotional / social tab (if using Gmail), as our Welcome Emails may sometimes skip your inbox and land in a different tab of folder. 


For any course related communication, please email us at We do our best to respond within 24 hours or less on business days and hours, Monday through Friday. If you email us during a weekend or a holiday, please allow until the next working day for a detailed response.  

Please do not tag or contact us via social media for any timely communication regarding your participation or account, as we may miss it entirely. We are not responsible for any missed or time-sensitive program communication sent to us via social media.  

Sometimes our emails land in the Junk / Spam folder, or under the Social / Promotional tabs. To ensure you receive all our emails in your inbox, please add us to your contact list. If you think you may have missed important communication from us, please contact us and we will help. Please check your Spam / Promo / Social tab first, before you contact us. 


7-DAY CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: If you decide that Year of You is not a fit for you at this time, you may cancel your participation and withdraw from the program anytime after you sign up and within the first 7 days after the program officially begins, and receive a full refund of your investment -- no questions asked. 

Your cancellation deadline depends on the day you enroll.

  • CANCELLATION DEADLINE FOR 1st ENROLLMENT SESSION (June 19 - July 2): If you enroll between June 19 and July 2, the deadline to cancel your participation and receive a refund is July 10 at 5:00 p.m. PST.
  • CANCELLATION DEADLINE FOR 2nd ENROLLMENT SESSION (July 3 - July 10): If you enroll between July 3 and July 10, the deadline to cancel your participation and receive a refund is July 18 at 5:00 p.m. PST.
  • CANCELLATION DEADLINE FOR 3rd ENROLLMENT SESSION (July 10 - July 22): If you enroll between July 10 and July 22, the deadline to cancel your participation and receive a refund is July 28 at 5:00 p.m. PST.

No refunds will be issued, under any circumstances, outside of these deadlines.

Please make sure you contact us ASAP should you not receive your Access Email within the dates / periods specified in these Terms. We are not responsible for any missed deadlines due to untimely communication.  

GIFTS & TRANSFERS: You may gift or transfer your spot to a friend anytime after purchasing and within the 7-day cancellation period that corresponds. To gift or transfer your spot, please send us an email request. Please include the full name and email address of the person you want to gift or transfer the program to.  

TUITION TRANSFER: If you miss the refund / transfer dates and due to any circumstances you are unable to participate or ever use the program at all, you may alternately request a voucher for the full cost of the program which you can place towards another Creative Rehab VIRTUAL program (voucher not applicable to LIVE events), as long as you haven't accessed our Virtual Platform / Program Content at the time you request the tuition transfer.

This option no longer applies after you access the Virtual Platform or receive any Program Content via email through our weekly emails.

BONUSES: Bonuses offered with the Year of You core program or during enrollment do not apply to cancellations or withdrawals. 


The creators, partners, guests and staff of Year of You / Creative Rehab, are not responsible for any conditions or life occurrences that may prevent you from taking full advantage of the program offer, accessing our virtual classroom, interacting with other participants, downloading and making good use of the materials provided, or communicating with us should you encounter any difficulties and/or need any assistance through the process. 

We commit to providing you with all the program materials offered, as well as the professional assistance, creative guidance and administrative support we are able to provide in each case, should you need it at any point through our program duration. However, personal circumstances or unforeseen events in the life of each participant are out of our scope. 

By signing up for Year of You you commit to making the corresponding payments within the specified deadlines, in the payment format (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card) you choose at the time of enrollment, abiding by these Terms & Conditions.

You are fully responsible for communicating with us regarding any special circumstances, cancelation, withdrawal or refund requests -- as well as any other particular arrangements that we need to be aware of, within the deadlines specified. We are unable to provide you with any special assistance or support outside of the deadlines listed, and/or unless specifically requested by you, the participant. 


Our Creative Rehab Virtual Platform [The Members Area] hosting all our programs is a safe, private platform and community where our participants can share their words + insight + inspiration, and mutually benefit from each other's creative experiences. Participants may also give and receive constructive critique and support, or express their creative urges, vulnerability, personal discoveries and full spectrum of emotion -- as ignited through the program prompts + assignments. As such, interactions may often turn deep, powerful and real. 

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or take legal action if necessary, against any participant who may tip the balance of the group interactions or compromise in any way the safety, respect, kindness and integrity of our participants, members + staff, our brands and programs, our Virtual Classroom / Members Area, or our extended, complementary Social Media spaces through any kind of posts or publications, comments or remarks that are unethical, defamatory and/or out of alignment with our mission, our service and these Terms.  

By signing up for this program you commit to not engage in any defamatory, unethical or libelous actions towards other members or staff, as well as our programs and related offerings, in our Virtual Platform and/or extended social media platforms, as well as any other private or public space.

In case of suspension, a partial refund may be agreed upon, if/when it applies, as determined by Creative Rehab staff.  

All personal communication regarding your account, participation or feedback that is not specifically delivered in response to the assignments shared in each section or module, must be communicated privately, via email.


Open participation in our Members Area, related social media groups and/or forums is not required. As a participant in any of our programs, your name and profile will remain private unless you choose to interact with other members. 

For social media interaction, you will be subject to the privacy terms of the platform you use (i.e. Facebook) as well as your personal + group settings. 

YOUR DATA: Your email and name - which you are required to provide at registration, will not be shared with any parties other than the creators, instructors and/or staff of Creative Rehab, who help us deliver our programs, run our platforms as well as assist and support you with your participation. 

All personal communication regarding your account, participation, payment or personal feedback must be communicated to us privately, via email. You are fully responsible for any private information you choose to disclose in a group setting.

7.1. Year of You Communication: You will begin to receive our weekly Year of You emails every Monday/Tuesday, after the day you enroll -- depending on your time zone and with the exception of major holidays -- for the 7+1-months duration of the program, containing all the insight + downloads and materials you'll need each week, which you can access directly from your inbox. You may also receive additional announcements related to the program, from time to time.

7.2. Other Communication: News & Updates + Creative Inspiration + Promotional Offers. In addition to our program communication, you will continue to receive our creativity related newsletters (via Andrea Balt, Creative Rehab, Write Yourself Alive or Rebelle Society), as well as promotional email from time to time, with information about upcoming courses and events. You may unsubscribe from any or all of our email lists anytime, by clicking the Unsubscribe button found at the bottom of each email.  


Year of You® and Creative Rehab® are registered trademarks of Andrea Balt Enterprises, LLC. All the content presented in each program -- including copyrights, catch phrases, names, titles, symbols and trademarks -- with the exception of externally referenced quotes and citations -- is Intellectual Property of Andrea Balt [THE AUTHOR] and it is intended for your personal, private use and educational purposes only. 

By signing up for this program you agree to not plagiarize or appropriate the intellectual property of the author. You also agree to not reproduce, teach, distribute or repurpose in any way the contents of the program/s, without explicit citation, reference, written permission and/or previous approval from [THE AUTHOR], as applicable in each case. 


By enrolling in Year of You 2020, you agree that you have reviewed and accepted the above Terms & Conditions.
