By signing up for this adventure you agree to be in a creative partnership with us under the following Terms & Conditions:
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:
All payments must be made through the links or sublinks provided on our official registration website: yearofyou.org or via email firstname.lastname@example.org, when/if it applies, within the specified deadlines, at the corresponding rates.
You can pay by debit / credit card. We do not accept personal cheques or other forms of payment. If you have a discount coupon or voucher you may apply it at checkout.
2. ENROLLMENT DATES + MEMBERS ACCESS + PROGRAM DURATION:
2018 Enrollment closes May 14, 2018 (extended) at Midnight Pacific - (USA).
The full Year of You membership duration is of 11 billable months, followed by LIFETIME ACCESS to the program. You may cancel your participation anytime (see cancellation terms - point 4).
Should you cancel before the 11 months are completed, you'll lose access to the Members Area. You may however keep all the program materials received to date.
If you complete the program and remain a member for the entire 11 billable months or if you complete your other payment plans without cancelling, you get LIFETIME ACCESS to the Members Area + all program upgrades and new bonuses introduced every year, as well as ongoing participation at no additional cost.
3. MEMBERSHIP RATES:
You can join Year of You with a Monthly Recurring Payment, a 3-Payment Plan or One Yearly Payment.
Monthly Recurring Rate: $45 USD. Your will be charged monthly, the amount of $45 USD. Your recurring billing date will be one month after your initial payment.
By choosing to enroll for Year of You - Monthly Membership you agree to being charged the listed monthly amount to your credit / debit card, for each additional month you continue as a member, for the entire duration of the program, until you voluntarily cancel or until your total of 11 billable months is reached.
Your monthly billing period will begin with your first payment. You may change your monthly billing date by emailing email@example.com. You may cancel your membership anytime. Scroll down for our cancelation policy.
3 Payment Plan: $150 every 90 days. (INCLUDES A $45 DISCOUNT corresponding to 1 month FREE). You will be charged 3 times, starting on the day you sign up, followed by 2 more charges, every 90 days after. By choosing the 3-payment option you save $45, equivalent to the cost of 1 month of membership (at $45 per month). You can cancel your membership anytime and receive a partial refund for the months not enjoyed. Please see our cancelation and refund policy below.
One Yearly Payment: $395 USD (INCLUDES A $100 DISCOUNT corresponding to 2+ months FREE) You will be charged only once, on the day you sign up, the amount of $395 USD, corresponding to the full Year of You program. By choosing the one-time payment option you save $100, equivalent to the cost of 2+ months of membership (at $45 per month). You can cancel your membership anytime and receive a partial refund for the months not enjoyed. Please see our cancelation and refund policy below.
You may cancel or transfer your membership anytime. To do so, please send us a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see cancelation specifics for each of the two Payment Plans below + additional discounts and bonuses.
Recurring Monthly Payment: By choosing to join Year of You on a Monthly Basis you agree to being charged a recurring monthly payment of $45 to your credit / debit card, starting on the day you sign up and continuing for 10 additional months. Your second billing date will be one month after the day you sign up. You will not be charged again after canceling your membership.
3-Payment Plan: By choosing to join Year of You on a 3-Payment plan you agree to being charged a recurring payment of $150 to your credit / debit card, starting on the day you sign up and continuing for 2 additional payments every 90 days after. If you decide to cancel after joining us with the 3-payment plan, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the paid months for which you will no longer remain a member.
One Yearly Payment: If you decide to cancel after joining us with the one-time payment plan, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the remaining months for which you will no longer remain a member.
Discounted Access to Online Courses (50%) until May, 2019 + LIVE Events, Workshops and Retreats (10%) until December, 2019. To enjoy all Year of You discounts, you must be a member of Year of You at the time the discount becomes available. For priority access and discounts to 2019 courses and events happening after Year of You has concluded (March 2019), you must remain a member throughout the entire duration of the Year of You program.
FULL REFUND - You'll receive a full refund for all payment options (no questions asked) - if you decide to cancel your participation BEFORE you are granted access to the Members' Area.
Recurring Monthly Payment (NO REFUND, CANCEL ANYTIME): Since you are free to cancel your monthly participation anytime, no refunds will be issued for the months you have remained a member and received the program materials in your inbox + had access to the Members Area, regardless of whether you have used the materials or not. You will not be charged again after canceling your subscription.
3 Payment Plan (PARTIAL REFUND, CANCEL ANYTIME): Upon cancelation, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the total you paid to date minus the monthly participation fee for the months you have remained a member ($45/month). The 1-MONTH-FREE discount included in the 3-payment plan will not be applied to your refund balance in case of cancellation.
One Yearly Payment (PARTIAL REFUND, CANCEL ANYTIME): Upon cancelation, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the total you paid at registration minus the monthly participation fee for the months you have remained a member ($45/month). The 2-MONTH-FREE discount included in the One-Payment option will not be applied to your refund balance in case of cancellation.
The creators, partners, guests and staff of Creative Rehab - Year of You are not responsible for any conditions or life occurrences that prevent you from taking full advantage of the membership offer, accessing the private members area, interacting with other members, downloading and making good use of the materials provided, or communicating with us should you have any doubts or questions about the program or encounter any difficulties and/or need assistance through the process.
We commit to providing you with all the membership materials on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as the professional guidance and support you may need through the program. However, personal circumstances or unforeseen events in the life of each participant are out of our scope.
You are responsible for communicating with us regarding any special circumstances, cancelation, withdrawal or refund requests -- as well as any other arrangements particular to your case within the deadlines specified. We are unable to provide you with any assistance or support outside of the deadlines of the program, and/or unless and when specifically requested by you, the participant.
7. CONFLICT / LIABILITY:
Our Virtual Members Area is a private, safe space held for the participants to benefit from each other's experiences, offer and receive support, or express their creative urges, vulnerability, personal discoveries and full spectrum of emotion. Interactions may sometime turn deep, powerful and real.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any participants we feel may tip the balance of the group interactions, as well as respectfully ask anyone to leave should this online space be compromised in any way, shape or form.
In case of suspension, a partial refund may be agreed upon, when/if it applies - to be decided by the Creative Rehab Team.
As a member of Year of You, your name and profile info will remain private unless you choose to interact with other members in our Members Area or privately on your own.
You have the choice of interacting and participating in the experience whenever or as much as needed, or the choice of remaining anonymous and only making use of the pogram materials send directly to your inbox each week.
For any other social media interaction related or not to this course, you will be subject to the privacy terms of the platform you use as well as your personal or group settings on each platform.
Your email or enrollment information will not be shared with any other parties except the creators, partners and/or staff of Creative Rehab - Year of You when / if it applies, in order to provide you with program service and support.
9. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS:
Upon signing up, you will receive an instant Confirmation Email containing your registration details, at the same email address you provided on the checkout page, followed by the login info to our Members Area for Orientation. If you do not receive a purchase confirmation, check your junk / promo folder. If you believe it may have been sent to an incorrect email address, contact us at email@example.com.
You'll receive the first weekly wake-up call on Monday, May 7.
For any Year of You matters and communication, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday, or sooner on any urgent matters. If you contact us during the weekend, please allow until Monday for a reply.
Please do not contact us via social media for any important communication regarding your membership, as we can’t ensure we’ll be able to read it on time and we may miss it entirely. The most optimal and official way to reach us is via email.
